Hi HAG people. I have a HAG Capisco that is about 3 years old and the back squeaks when I lean back or put weight on certain parts of the seat. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to stop it?
Whoever might be approving these comments, I am going to cut and paste this on the other chair pages so no one misses this question. Please don’t think I am spamming your blog
The H09 series of chairs is ideal for use as an everyday, long-term task chair. They are the ultimate in ergonomics, comfort, and style. These chairs are fully adjustable with all of the great features and quality expected from HAG seating.
I think it’s important to distinguish the “Meeting” version of the H09 from the executive versions. The H09 Meeting has limited features and adjustments and would not be recommended for use as a daily, at-your-desk sitting solution. These chairs are meant for conference rooms where users will be spending shorter periods of time in the chair.
Thanks for your advice.
I intend to check out a HO9 for myself with a bit a luck.
Which models are sutiable task chairs please and for clarity, are these the executive chairs? (Some retailers advertise HO9s differently)
Thanks
Hi Jack.
The H09 Inspiration and H09 Excellence are both suitable for task chairs. The H09 Meeting is for conference room applications. The H09 Meeting lacks all of the adjustability and support features that the Inspiration and Excellence have.
Will hopefully be checking out a HO9 in the next 10-days.
In the mean time I have another problem with my current HAG Credo – The backrest set up ideal for my low back but as the headrest, I believe, causes me upper back issues I have removed the headrest as it’s only an option and the chair is fully functional without it. However, without the headrest the chair now causes me low back discomfort/does not support my low back as well. How can this be please? Thank you
I am wondering if someone can tell me the pros and cons of the Hag Credo 04 (with high back) as compared to the Hag Inspiration 09 (9220). Is the Hag Inspiration really a better chair? I am most concerned about lumbar support (I like a lot of it), but want a good all around chair for tasks, typing and reading. I haven’t been able to find a single (real) review of the inspiration chair. So, how does the lower and upper back support compare between the two chairs? Any other major differences between the two chairs? I’m 6′ feet tall.
Okay, despite no one responding my inquiries here, I bought the inspiration 09 9220. I LOVE this chair. I have only had it for a few days, so it is an early assessment, but the lumbar support is really just what I like. The support is quite firm, and it really forces good posture on you — which I like. The mesh is nice, and so is the rocking motion. I find myself moving often, and the chair moves with me. It is an expensive chair, but it feels really well made, and looks nice. I am not sure it would be a great chair for someone who has very short legs, because the seat cushion is relatively long. I have 32″ inseam, and it fits me just right, and could be a few inches shorter and would probably be fine.

this is my chair:-) the one with the “space-mesh” back. i love it.
